A couple of rainstorms have caused the flowering trees to drop a lot of petals and cover the sidewalks with a white dusting. When the rain stopped I decided to take a walk before it started to rain again. The previous rainfall caused the petals to turn to a springtime "ice." It was slippery. And I slipped but thankfully (really thankfully), didn't bite the dust.
