reminiscing...volkswagen {may 9, 2022}

My dad was in the U.S. Army and stationed in Germany. While there, he bought a Volkswagen and he and Mom traveled all around Europe during their assignment. They brought the VW back to the States and kept it for a long time. I remember sitting in the little cargo area in the back with the scratchy material. My parents had to trade it in for a station wagon when #4 kid was born.
