Vitamin D and Immune Boosting Soup.
A long walk outside in the fresh air and sunshine and then a bowl of soup filled with veggies and lots of ingredients that boost your immune system.
Immune Boosting Soup
3 boxes of chicken or vegetable broth
1 whole head of garlic, grated
3 inches of minced fresh ginger
2 onions
1 T. curry powder
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
4 carrots
4 celery stalks
Bok Choy
Mix everything in a pot, bring to a boil, simmer until vegetables are soft and ready to eat.
Add any veggies you want. It’s all about the garlic, onions, ginger, cilantro, and curry powder.
In this pot of soup, I used onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, spinach, mushrooms, and brown rice.
