The month of March suggests the color green: St. Patrick’s Day is the 17th and the natural world wakes from its winter slumber as the first day of spring approaches. The color green often represents growth, harmony, fertility, health, wealth, new life, and many other positive qualities. It is a secondary color, between the two primary colors blue and yellow on the visible spectrum. Green is so great because it combines the the tranquility of blue with the optimism of yellow. As spring approaches, the colors that show up first in new growth are yellow, blue, and green - promises of blue skies, sunshine, and new life.
