These multigrain spinach cakes are inspired by the ones in the deli case at my very favorite grocery store, Dorothy Lane Market. Brown rice, quinoa, spinach, eggs, Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, pine nuts. DLM's are nicely formed patties; mine are nicely formed lumps. But they are tasty!
